Ess:20-25 (im sure this will be anough, if you really think u want more go for it but the relcis and buffs supose to cover it.)
Wis:10 (For the RC relics, they will help u alot till u lvl to fd, and at higher lvl u will need this wis for PvP)
Cons:12 (enough for relics and supose to be anough. i wuldn't recomend to add more than 12 to this stat but if u feel u are losing hp too fast u can, but the self buff can cover still.)
Dex:the dex jumps by 10 every chi breading:OC-40 9Dragons Gold, RC-50,RL-60,FD-70,SM-80.....(the best way is to add it up to 40 at OC when pickingjob and adding str every lvl except for the last two - If you are OC1 add str
untill OC11, at OC12 add dex (4 points) and at RC add all to dex (another 6 points 6+4=10 ^^)
Ok so with this build you will keep lvling till u max ur str, dont go pvping on low lvls since it will be hard for you with low dex.
After you maxed str (250 str) you have to add you dex to 130, just keep ading it till it is 130.
After you dex is 130 u can choose any stats you want to add by yourself, lacking HP? - cons, wanna grind for more time? - ESS, Annoying warriors and nukers at PvP? - Wis =]

What you nees next is Relics.
Im giving you a list of PvP relics. They will help at PvE too but most for PvP. I think that there is no reason that you will becarrying all the relics for both PvE and PvP in you bag, all you will from the PvE ones is
just a few more mins for grinding (wich won't help you THAT much lol) - but the PvP ones will defend you, since at higher lvls you will be prbbly going to CC where you can be atcked by other ppl - Fight them back! ^^
So as you know the best way for a Hybrid or a healer is using GK( Good Karma) relcis.(ill write all the needed relics for 6 pockets build)
So if you are lvl RC1 or more (but still less than FD) you just need all the possible RC relics and the clan relic you getat low lvl.
